Strong company which still invests in its employees, working time is really flexible and what managers (at least my) focus on are results, not how many hours you sit in the office.

Cons

As all big corporations decision taking is often slow.

People, salary and benefits, the global network, work life balance, lots of learning opportunities, travel opportunities

Cons

Small office in Canada and not many opportunities, most of the interesting positions are now offshored to India or Slovakia.

Pros

Very good working culture with a flexible work hours. There is a trust factor and support from the management to the genuine employees. Employees are empowered to do anything which adds value to the work and organisation.

Cons

Growth opportunities are minimal. Since it is a lateral organisation, when there is some position open a lot of people are waiting and ultimately it goes the one who is senior.
