Pros

Generous and open minded working athmosphere. Lots of international contacts and a company that is generous. Fair salary and benefits. Bonus share compensation program.

Cons

Avoid if you do not like large companies. While in large companies decsions takes time. Also where there are people you have politics which might be frusturating sometimes.
