- Flexible working hours - Hybrid work - Good and friendly colleagues - Good learning experience with new joiner training and senior guidance

Cons

- Senior management that likes to test out weird ideas but when met with a lot negative comments still rollout with it anyways - Senior management that likes to get your feedback but also ignore it - Senior management that wants you always be ready on a single call or a moment's notice - Overpromising customer on unreliable features - Does not resist or even negotiate when customer cutting down project schedule - Unclear definition for project stages internally - Unclear responsible personnel for each project stages - Expecting ridiculously long work hours during on site - Lots of transition within company - Increment lower than market rate - Little to none chance for promotion - Good luck with HR
