Greate place to start as you may learn a lot, but salary increment not that great

Pros

In CS Dept, the colleagues are literally like family, so the working environment are comfy. They also have tons of project that need support, so there're always a thing to do. For swisslog, you will be provided with 13th months salary on December and Yearly Bonus every April which based on your performance. I've received almost 4x of my salary here for my bonus lol

Cons

Slow in career development in term of rank and also salary. Unless you receive another project to work with, you will be stuck to those project that has been given to you which later can be quite boring and hinder your technical development.
