Flexible schedules available, the starting pay is okay, sometimes you get to choose your airline

Cons

The managers are terrible, airlines treat agents like crap, fellow employees can get you in trouble, high risk job

Good company to start off on the aviation industry

It depends on the account that you are assigned to. To me was impossible to grew into the company, even thou I have more specific experience and knowledge than other people. Bad salary

Good hours from the beginning, again depending on the airline you were working for, they assigned me Air France and I was working from 11 am untill max 23:30, small team which is nice, because we get to know each others, my supervisors were very nice and friendly, sometimes a bit stressed but that's normal in this industry

Cons

Very low pay, no flight benefits, they hire constantly because nobody stay, there's a huge turn-around, no opportunities
