Pros

The pay isn’t bad and depending on your attitude and who you meet, you can have a good time.

Cons

Unfortunately some of the management of the airlines itself that Swissport partners (not swissport) with have a very bad attitude and make every day work unnecessarily more difficult. I would go so far as to say that they discouraged coworkers from putting in more effort. Also, Surprisingly the owners of the airline are a lot better to deal with than the management
