      Pros

      Exposure to the behind the scenes of the aviation industry and you get to work with a few people that still care and are a wealth of knowledge

      Cons

      Where to start… Private equity owned CONSTANT revolving door of corporate employees (HR and accounting) Lack of resources/people to get the jobs done Lack of processes and inconsistent procedures. No company pride and lack of company morale. Constant change of directions with little support from executive leadership. Corporate office is toxic and siloed, with most of the corporate knowledge outside of the Raleigh area.
