Pros

1. It's a good group of people who really care. So much about your job is who you work with. Swooners are among some of the best of the best. The team works hard, supports one another, the leadership team is strong and passionate and the company has fun together. This is a very unique dynamic and one that should not be taken for granted. 2. You can make really good money and make a nice life for yourself. The commission plan is the best I have seen in the biz. There are opportunities to grow and promote from within. 3. Hybrid schedule creates a nice work-life balance. You have the opportunity to work remotely more then half the week, and then be with your team in the office for part of the week too. This truly fosters collaboration and working with your team/leaders at Swoon. From a parent perspective, it also grants you the opportunity to be home part of the week. The balance is perfect for sanity and productivity. 4. The grass it not always greener. Quite a few people who have left Swoon have returned or have asked to return. Some of the negativity in the reviews is about the staffing industry- not exclusive to Swoon. Staffing is demanding, fast-paced and competitive. It's not for everyone. But those who excel in that environment will no doubt find success at Swoon.

Cons

1. Staffing is tough. There are tight timelines we need to deliver to and there are metrics that need to be achieved on a monthly basis. This is no different than other sales environments. You get out of it what you put in- and sometimes that puts people off.

Pros

-Swoon hires very interesting people -Office is near Willis Tower

Cons

-Leadership is delusional with current state of market -Does not treat "entry level" employees like adults -Will threaten performance plans left and right -No diversity -Lack of work life balance -Will have a "one on one" meeting with you if you have any active resumes on other job boards, and will ask you to take your resume down

Pros

Swoon definitely does a great job at accelerating careers at all levels - The opportunity is endless and especially once you get ramped up, the compensation growth is limitless. A place you can continue growing upwards at for years!

Cons

The staffing industry as a whole is a grind, but if you stick with it, adapt and learn, and put in the effort, the payout and opportunity is worth it!
