      -Micromanaged -Unclear expectations -Passive aggressive management -Extremely and overly critical management and team members -Changing account ownership in the middle of a quarter with no regard to external partnerships -Internal team members and management only communicated through email, despite having 3 in office days/ week. -No management support -Increased in office days -Changed health insurance plan. It was no longer fully covered by the company as stated in the interview process -PTO has to be accrued -Paid bi weekly instead of weekly -Extreme low base pay and low commission structure

      Swoon is an excellent company. They truly care for and respect their consultants, and they’re always timely and responsive. Their client list is impressive, with a mix of both local and national companies. It’s no surprise they’ve been growing quickly, their high touch approach really sets them apart from other staffing firms. I would highly recommend Swoon to anyone looking for a supportive and professional partner.

      Pros

      Only great benefit was some of the other employees that was bought are still working at Swoon and they have been very helpful in finding the right point of contact for you if any issues arise.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are by far the worst, they do not have options only the cheapest option with a high deductible which will restart in a year.
