Pros

The Swoon team is very unique. They have laid-back, funny, intelligent, helpful people whom overall love working there. The company has great perks for their Swooners - 4 weeks paid vacation, great salary/commission structure, happy hours, free snacks and drinks (alcoholic ones, too). The company is so young that they are willing to listen to suggestions and make changes. The president and VP are on-site and they are very humble individuals, they really care about their team and the success of the company.

Cons

Staffing is just not for everybody... But Swoon is definitely one of the top staffing agencies (and there are over 20k out there)

Pros

This is the most transparent and fun company I have ever worked for. You really get a sense of community just by walking in the door. Everyone genuinely cares about the work they are doing and the people they work with. The upper management is always working to help people grow in their positions.

Cons

The staffing industry is tough, but Swoon makes it fun!

Pros

I've been at Swoon for over 2 years and I have never had a company treat me as good as Swoon does. Collaborative environment, fast-paced, weekly/monthly incentives, paid cell phone, great people, craft beer & wine fridge, lunch & learns, growing & changing. If you can't handle things changing on a regular basis, then a growing startup is not for you. Swoon is an open door policy and the owners/management really value their employees' input.

Cons

Stressful industry (so not so much on the company). Metrics can be tough. Not much of a work/life balance.
