I am sorry to see that you do not feel valued and am hoping you connect with a trusted executive leadership or human resources team member to discuss the challenges you are having with your manager. Additionally, with a complete flexible working environment, we hoped to create the flexibility for employees to complete their work and achieve their goals, while also being able to be present and well in their personal life.
