      Pros

      Swoon has a very honest and transparent culture and does not have a lot of the red tape. Decisions can and are made very quickly Upper management is supportive on junior members contributions which I appreciate

      Cons

      Swoon has grown very quickly and staffing in general is a hard profession so 100 percent dedication needs to be performed in the early stages of your career

      Pros

      Lots of support from both management and leadership. Lots of growth and open communication. This is a company who is honest about what they want an expect. I took a huge chance in coming to Swoon but I could not be any happier! Michelle and Andy know everyone's name and most of all they encourage us to be engaged with the company no matter who we are. I've heard of companies saying this but Swoon actually does it.

      Cons

      Staffing is not for everyone but if you have the passion there are no cons with Swoon. If you aren't willing to work hard to see the fruit of your labor, Swoon isn't for you.

      Pros

      Had a very pleasant recruiting experience with Tara Interrante. She provided all the information I needed to make the process comfortable. As a result I was better prepared.

      Cons

      Logistic Process of recruiting did take a little longer than I anticipated. However, my contacts were Out of State and Country so it was some what understandable.
