I LOVE working for Swoon, in particular, Jim Hosty. He is a fantastic motivator and NEVER gave up on me. He helped me land the career of my dreams

Cons

ONLY 1 CON.... WHY can't we clone Jim Hosty? Seriously, I have nothing bad to say in any facet of my experience

Pros

Great people to work with. Really feels like a family. There are many resources available to allow you to be successful. If it's not available, just ask and the leads will ensure you get it. We are a growing company so we get to contribute our own ideas into what we think will make this company be even more successful. Management is always open to listening to ideas and anything that needs to be discussed.

Cons

Work life balance can be rough, but that comes with being in the industry. Structure of who reports to who could be improved.

The people. Eric Flesch was/is the most personable, responsive, and straightforward recruiter I have ever worked with. Having experience working with other agencies has definitely made me leery of them but, Eric and his team were always 100% honest and attentive to what I wanted to do with my career. The process was quick and I was presented to a company that was actually looking for someone with my background and qualifications.
