      Pros

      Awesome place to work! The team is supportive, kind and always willing to try new things! The encouragement from upper management is always helpful and positive. Swoon is a place that you will never want to leave once you start working there.

      Pros

      One of the greatest things about Swoon is they truly care about their employees. It's refreshing to finally work for a company who not only wants to help you succeed, but they want to provide a fun working environment. I truly believe the culture here is what contributes to the success & growth of this company. Having transparent, supportive, smart, and fun leaders motivates everyone to work harder.

      Cons

      The staffing industry is a competitive business. So if you aren't hardworking, positive, outgoing, & a team player, this company isn't for you.

      Pros

      I've been working at Swoon for just over a month and Swoon is by far the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is unlike anything I've ever seen before; the people are all amazing and actually care about you. Everyone is always rooting for each other to do well. I've worked at other staffing agencies prior and this company is cut from a different cloth. It's such a young company as well and there's so much room for opportunity and growth.

      Cons

      I can honestly say I have yet to see anything negative to say about working here. There are some minor growing pains as we need to bring on more people to handle the workload, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
