Pros

- great company culture - constantly growing and hiring (not due to turnover) - supportive team (American and Canadian side) - ample opportunity - commission structure gets better and better over time - international opportunities

Cons

- hard to be good in the role in the beginning. It take some time to learn new jobs and how to recruit for them - leading to longer than usual work hours. That will get better over time as a person learns the ins and outs of the job, the roles they work on and how to better manage their time. It's a learning process.

Pros

- Team really cares about each other, collaborates, and supports each other. Rare to find in a sales organization. - Leadership is focused on consistently making improvements to support the team. Work/life balance and increasing opportunities to be flexible and create your own work schedule has been awesome. - 100% Remote - Strong commission structure compared to similar companies - Very transparent culture - Good benefits, PTO - Company growth is very motivating

Cons

- There could be technologies implemented to allow for more efficiencies across activity required, some admin tasks take a lot of time to complete

Pros

The best company Culture Great (uncapped) earning potential Collaborative work environment Work-Life balance Excellent training and ongoing career development Tons of growth opportunities Fully remote!!

Cons

Not a con, but if you are new to technology there is a lot to learn and it can take some time to get up to speed. You are completed supported along the way and not expected to come in ready to excel right off the hop. There is about a 6 month learning curve (average).
