One word describes Swope Health Services...HORRID!! You are not valued as an employee, this organization lacks integrity, senior leadership is HORRID on their best days, some of the providers will throw you under the bus and watch you bleed out to save themselves and their wrong doing. Senior Leadership, or the lack thereof, could care less about you or your opinions. Don't even think about going to HR....They are thick as thieves with Senior Leadership so your cries for help will go unheard. You will soon be the target because you decided to report the issue to HR. Senior Leadership bullies, harasses, attempts to intimidate, and lacks integrity. They are allowed to do so because they have employees and providers scared to speak up. If you crave an environment that lacks integrity, value, morals, and simple humane treatment, then this place is for you. The culture here is broken and wounded, every shark for themselves....

Leadership is clueless and all they care about are awards and recognition. Also, CEO loves aggressive expansion at the expense of employee well-being at work
