There will be new opportunities to develop new business relationships, without any obligations or past agreements. New Opportunities for growth, and learning new things. Also, trying on different job function hats.

Anytime there's a new company, there could be some potential risk factors....There is always some uncertainty and possible negativity. The unknowns: Financial risk, lack of structure, less pay, lower compensation and some time commitments.
