Secondly, I am writing to express my concerns regarding certain practices in the department in which i was working, that may be affecting team morale and productivity.
Over the past 3 years, I have observed instances that seem to indicate preferential treatment towards certain individuals based on state or personal biases. For instance, repeatedly promoted marathi guy and always supporting marathi people, while other equally capable team members have not received similar recognition.
Additionally, there have been occasions where I have been assigned continuous tasks without breaks, even when others in the team were allowed downtime. This has created undue stress and impacted my productivity.
I believe in fostering an inclusive and fair work environment where all team members are treated equally based on their performance and contributions. I kindly request your intervention to address these concerns and ensure a more equitable workplace.
Also I am deeply sad to see such kind of culture in the company like Solvay (Syensqo, Vadodara). When I join this brand i was we expecting a fair culture and a safe environment. I see promotions are based on skin fairness not on hard work and deliveries. So it actually concerns me. Since nobody wanna talk about this but I stand out to be a loud about this practice because it was impacting people there.
