      By far the best company that I work with, good work environment, able to match my personal life with work task, realistic deadlines, amazing in general

      Great work-life balance and Office conditions but visibility issues exist and salary increase can be a problem

      Work-Life Balance Flexibility Hybrid work (once per week at the office) Superb office

      Cons

      Difficult to being noticed - it really depends on the team of your team leader and how much he/she push's for the team. Salary increase can be low if you have a 3 in your performance review, (0 to 5).
