The staff are all very attentive and caring, the scheduling is flexible, the pay is good, and the students and families I got to work with were all incredible.

1. the students are great 2. the staff and tutors are friendly 3. there is a good training program

Cons

Starting pay is $15/ hour. I believe that most/ all the tutors who work there have another job or are college students. Not really a con but just something to know to have proper expectations of what this job is
