Pros

The pay is pretty good, the curriculum is fairly straightforward, and the students are fun and as a general rule willing to learn.

Cons

They are TERRIBLE at communication. Their entire management staff left and all new management started, so nobody knows what's going on. They lost all my personal information and paperwork, and told me nobody in the office knew where they were, and I would have to contact a former manager who doesn't even work at that location anymore to see if she knew where the paperwork was. It took them two weeks of me repeatedly calling and emailing to even tell me that much. Before that all they would do was say someone would call me back, which they of course never did. They took my availability for summer, told me they would schedule me, and then never did, despite me contacting them and only being told that they were working on it. They schedule and work with everyone based on seniority, so new workers are called off at a moment's notice all the time so that people who have been there longer can take their hours instead. Half the time, new people aren't even scheduled for the hours they were promised to begin with. Don't waste your time!
