Pros
You get to work with some great kids and caring educators, relatively easy work for those with any tutoring or education background.
Cons
Very limited hours and almost exclusively in the evening, so only worthwhile if you're looking for something after you're regular job and don't mind evenings. Limited training and formulaic curriculum. A lot of kids don't seem like they want to be there, and there isn't much room to focus on what kids actually need help with in school, you just follow the pre-set curriculum.
