Flexible hours. Antigone and Lan are the only reason that place is still open.

Cons

The owner, Mandi, is rude. She does not have empathy for employees even though she pays me $12 per hour for someone with a Master's Degree and multiple years of experience. Parents pay $60 per hour per child. I get paid $12 an hour to tutor 3 kids. Therefore out of that $60 the parent pays for their individual child I get $4 per child.

Sylvan truly believes in taking care of their team members. The students at Sylvan want to learn!

Cons

The pay could be better (but won’t we always want more?). I do not have any benefits.
