      - The product offers many great challenges - The people are passionate and eager to teach as well as learn. - Good work-life balance

      Cons

      - Management is not always transparent - Promotions are limited by a "schedule", and not necessarily given on a merit basis. - ESPP has limitations

      - Very flexible company - Outstanding Talent Acquisition Specialist that helps you throughout the entire - process from start to finish. - Quick turnaround for response time to any question you may have. Reasonable expectation both during interview and when you start the job. - Ample time for settling and getting the proper training to come up to speed. - Very friendly environment. - Maybe this one not for everyone but as I am a coffee lover, there is a high end coffee machine to make espressos or lattes with high quality coffee beans that get ground in front of your eyes. It is the best.
