Pros

Symbotic is a good company to work for but like all company's it has it's quirks. Communication is the key there. If you communicate well and play nice in the sand box you'll do fine.

Cons

They work you hard and will ask you to travel on short notice to help on a project that needs more support.

There are growing pains with expanding the product. Stock option program is not great.

Great work environment with some very friendly folks. Everyone works together and is willing to teach you anything you want to know. Very flexible schedule.

Cons

Not much to say here, lunch options aren't amazing in the area if you go out but they cater lunch anyways so who cares.
