Lot of opportunities to grow. Lot of new technology learning. Good to touch base on PLC, VFD, HMI and Robots

Cons

Company is constantly changing. Both the management and employees. Layoffs can happen in an unexpected time. Deployments and support commissioning might be demanding.

Pros

The company is growing and there is a lot of opportunity to add real value. There have been many improvements and changes made in the past year for the better. The company is making real efforts around DE&I and improving the culture. These things do not change overnight but progress is being made and it is starting to show.

Cons

Sr. leadership needs to be more visible and in touch with their employees. There is a lot of focus on the customer but the c-suite seems to take for granted their employees are a huge reason the customer is happy.
