      Annual raises are always behind inflation, with the promise that "next year will be better". Local management is inexperienced and inconsistent in accountability. Opportunities for advancement are closely related to your relationship with management, not merit. Zero training or skill enhancement offered.

      Mm where to start..... No work life balance at all they expect you to work, eat and sleep with the company in your head.. lots of employees left because of that Micro management like I've never seen before Horrible raises and bonuses Got rid off regular PTO (used to be 15 days and 20 days after 5 years)and moved to the biggest scam ever unlimited PTO which I you believe are required to get approvals from HR and others if you take more than 2 weeks in row

We also did move to unlimited time off which provides employees more flexibility - we understand your sentiments but moving to this approach is an industry best practice in technology companies.       Woodland site very bad place to work

      The benefits are good. They start soon as you are hired. And no drug test for all the drug users .

      Cons

      To many friends and family work there to the point the favoritisms is so bad it will slap you in the face and put a target on you to get fired if you call out there family or friend. To the point when I first started working there we had a ethics policy that we signed and 4 years later they come out with new one cause of all the bad things that has been going on at the sites.It is so bad at the woodland site that there are employees on over the counter prescription so they can be numb to the bad things that are happening.
