Pros

Benefits are the only saving grace of the company Also, if you're in desperate need for a job, and would not like to work at mcdonalds. I would suggest symbotic.

Cons

Extremely long work hours Absolutely no career growth unless management favors you. Constant GM changes, company turn around rate for GM's are about 6-8 months and hourly employees is about two weeks. Compensation is extremely low, well below other starting wages for a warehouse position. Constant empty promises, management will sell you a dream that wont come true. Promotions are nonexistent, unless your favorable by management. The list can go on.

learning experience second to none, a great place to start your career. there is lots to learn, and lots to do so the environment is fast paced, but it encourages learning. integrated testing center is state of the art, and heavily diversified with various parts of the automation process. great place to go learn, and experiment by trial, and error, with low accountability, and as such it is a comforatble place for beginners such as myself to learn the ropes. excellent pay excellent benefits (day 1) pizza Fridays $5 weekly compensation for weekly foodtruck vendors organized by company (great if you wanna prepare lunch one less time a week)

Cons

high paced work environment leaves a lot of room for friction between teams and/or individuals.

Freedom to perform job and manage time with little to no micromanaging, Great pay, good benefits, exciting technology.

Cons

complete lack of skilled management. I've had 5 bosses in 3 years and the position above that has changed 4 times. No consistency. Lack of vision from management
