ex Avid Leadership disorganized, and friends suddenly appear in new management roles Certain leadership can be quite rude, disrespectful and curse at people in public settings. Lot's of redundancy in groups leading to different practices and tools for each customer. High frequency of support ( nights/weekends) Only a few customers and they were not happy with product No 401K. Talk about a better process for months, implement it and leadership instructs people to bypass when deadlines are closing. Multiple manual installs/configurations because of lack of communication, process and wrong versions of components. Lots of people leaving with new technologies work getting sent offshore

Managers do not know how to manage, pick favorites, talk poorly of their team members to other members on the team (very unprofessional), and do not treat everyone fairly. They certainly do not lead by example and nothing from the "higher ups" is enforced to straighten out their behavior. Everyone is focused on themselves and not supporting or advancing their team.
