There are no pros, or upsides to working at Symbotic.

Cons

Awful company with no leadership, or quality management. There is no clear direction of the product or company. Management has no clue what actually goes on in the facilities and they struggle to achieve basic goals. There is no communication when needed for projects leading to problems that pile up.

The technology is pretty interesting, it's not easy to get such a large system to work. It's an impressive accomplishment

Cons

Working for Symbotic is a "bad deal". Raise compensation to meet the workload/expectations or lower the workload per employee. The company is entirely too comfortable asking people to be on support at all hours. Understand that you can't just scale up an organization on a dime, hiring takes time, attrition is very expensive. Don't mislead employees.
