      Freedom to perform job and manage time with little to no micromanaging, Great pay, good benefits, exciting technology.

      Cons

      complete lack of skilled management. I've had 5 bosses in 3 years and the position above that has changed 4 times. No consistency. Lack of vision from management

      Pros

      Great technology to work on and good work life balance as well. Amazing group of really smart and friendly engineers.

      Cons

      Unnecessary layer of directors. Engineers have great ideas which just fades away because no one listens to them. A cycle of changing upper management, hiring and firing CEOs and VPs every two years. Makes the company unstable.
