Micro mangement to the extrem. short staffed; you are expected to work night and weekend on a regular basis. Go there only if you are desperate

Cool Robots, but Employees Not Valued

Pros

Working with robots every day. Might make some good friends along the way, depending on your team. Lots of good experience.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees - punish best employees, no training for newbies, have to haggle for every little thing. High turnover rate is no surprise. Survive eight months and you're a veteran. They will throw you under the bus with zero hesitation or remorse.

Thank you for your post. We're glad to hear you enjoyed working with the Symbotic robotic system and your colleagues. However, we're sorry to hear that in other areas you had an experience that absolutely doesn't align with our values or operations expectations. Without knowing which of our customer sites you were working at or when, it's hard to respond in detail, but we can confidentiality say that training for new employees (and to offer career growth for current team members) is a huge focus for our on-site teams this year. We've already rolled out new resources and programs, with more on the way.

Employees are very nice and the product is really cool. Each department is really friendly and family like.

Cons

Facility doesn't have much in terms of amenities. Benefits are pretty standard.
