      *WFH *Free lunch *Hands on some of the cool technologies

      *Long hours *No growth no support *Favoritism *Salary not on par with the rest of the industry *Health insurance is terrible *PTO is bad *Raises and bonuses are peanuts *Unorganized leadership with 0 idea on how to run a team or train *Finger pointing and throwing under the bus *Too many useless meetings *Constant anger from a former marine

      Lets see: -Walmart dictate how Symbotic runs -Salary is below standard and bonuses is even lower -No work/life balance , you are expected to work nights/weekends lost good employees because of it - Software teams are pushed to deploy new updates faster that system gets broken even faster -Project management is basically useless, set undeliverable promises which basically means you will have to work long hours to meet them -Vesting rewards that employees were promised got basically scammed.
