      Pros

      Great product from a technology perspective. Good solid people work there.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership is completely a mess- they can't keep anyone in a leadership role. Don't think they know what leadership is supposed to look like and they keep going back to tactical stuff. Can't grow a business this way.

      CEO runs the company based on emotional responses, with a low tolerance for frustration and disregard for data. Company culture based on fear, micromanagement, brute force approach to problems

      The technology is pretty interesting, it's not easy to get such a large system to work. It's an impressive accomplishment

      Cons

      Working for Symbotic is a "bad deal". Raise compensation to meet the workload/expectations or lower the workload per employee. The company is entirely too comfortable asking people to be on support at all hours. Understand that you can't just scale up an organization on a dime, hiring takes time, attrition is very expensive. Don't mislead employees.
