Pros
The course focused a lot on the emotional intelligence it takes to be a manager, something that I think most people overlook when getting into a leadership role. I was very glad to see that type of content get such a big focus in this program. Coursework was generally engaging & insightful, felt like I was learning a lot & was easily able to fill a page or two of notes per course.
Cons
I really enjoyed the in-person session at the end of the course, I think adding a 2nd in-person session, maybe halfway through would have been great, and given us a chance to meet the other co-workers in the program before the end.
