Symbotic has a lot of talented engineers and they are all kind and helpful. The problems you will get to work on are interesting, no matter which team you are on. Also, there are cool perks like free drinks, (including a new coffee shop), as well as free breakfast and free catered lunch.

Cons

The problems that you will work on are very specific to Symbotic's product, but you will still gain great experience with software engineering.
