      This company truly cares about their employees. There are so many resources available and management is always helpful. I have referred so many therapists to Symbria.

      Realistic expectations, great customer relations, strong clinical team, contracts with amazing buildings, promote internally often.

      Pros

      Initially started as staff and through strong support from leaders, career development and professional growth have been smooth. The company is very willing to guide persons who show good potential to be leaders. Hours are typical of current trends in rehab but it feels very much like a team.
