This company has start-up opportunities for development and growth.

Cons

Unfortunately, they still have SAFECO culture ingrained into business practices and a very high resistance to change.

Good company culture. Not great but good.

Pros

- Positive acknowledgement from supervisors - Pay was decent for call center position - Standing desks available

Cons

- Lots of material to absorb, much of it is learning as you go which can get stressful at times - Call metrics is monitored quite heavily
