Flexible schedule, laid back environment, ability to explore other jobs/roles if interested.

Low pay and bonuses, lack of innovation and forward-thinking.

Pros

There isn't a good reason to work here.

Cons

Lots of work with little pay which attracts people of lower than average competence. Senior management that doesn't follow their own policies. Lower management is left high and dry when trying to enforce these policies. No real career path for the average worker.

Pros

The location (Downtown Bellevue) offers fairly good commuting options.

Cons

Health insurance is costly. There is nothing special about the benefits offered. Not many opportunities for tech employees to grow their skills. Telecommuting is either not offered or offer to a limited few. It is not encouraged and even looked upon wtih a bit of suspicion (are they really working?).
