Pros

Good pay and benefits. Pleasant work environment.

Cons

Washington State has a communication style all it's own. It takes at least 2 years to gain the trust of locals and understand how they communicate.

From Dave Kryzanski, Vice President Service and Operations: Thank you your review, your feedback lets me know my team and I are on the right path in ensuring we’re meeting the needs of our employees. I also appreciate your feedback regarding being slow and resistant to new technology. We do have several exciting systems initiatives in process. We can’t address all systems at once, but are focused on ways to making things easier for our employees and our customers. We also are careful to balance diving into the latest innovations, with consideration the security of our customers and partners. Our team is intentional about the tools we introduce in our environment to ensure our stakeholders are always protected.
