Pros

I have been working at Symmetry for two years and the company has allowed me to grow professionally. I would say this is the best job I have had so far. I'm allowed some level of autonomy when working with clients which enables me to be creative in how I deal with them. It also makes me feel like I am doing something I love instead of going through some motions to fulfill an obligation.

Cons

I have not had any negative experiences with the company. The job requires dedication and commitment and once one has that down, they are good to go.

Pros

Great consistent training and a structure built to make you successful. This is a group of people that like to help other people whether it's the people we protect or people that are just starting with our company. A very giving culture.

Cons

It might be difficult to come in and fully believe this system is as good as it is. Over a period of time it becomes infectious and ingrained into you. It took me a while to mentally get on board but I am glad I did.

it was great really enjoyed it so much. company was fantastic and so were my co-workers. bosses always listened to opinions and made you feel needed and necessary.

Cons

sometimes felt a little over worked, but did enjoy most of the time. salary could be a bit more but other than that, great.
