Pros

Have really enjoyed my time at Synack. Managers allow team members flex hours as long as you are getting your work done. Team members really care about their team and customers. Comp/benefits are good as well.

Cons

Remote work culture is great for flexible work but does mean that I have not established great connections with other team members. Company has events and activities meant to build those connections so hoping those help over time.

The c suite are truly awful. CEO is more concerned with how he looks rather than running the company. The CTO flits from one thing to another and has failed to take any responsibility for shocking product delivery. None of them care about the underlying teams and just want to sell up and get out. Worst place I’ve worked ever - but pay is good
