Cons
No consistency in anything: vision, roadmap, choices were inconsistent in every way and disrupt the whole workflow and employees are left with consistent feeling of incertainty (This volatility affects the lives of hundreds of employees). Management style: not sure of long-term outcomes is a top priority Missed potential: employees maorale is deeply affected by the frequent changes and layoffs - clear disconnect between what the employees offer and how they are valued.
