      Pros

      Synchrony does a lot for its employees and there’s always new initiatives on how to company a better place to work. Everyone I’ve met is super nice and open. The work life balance is truly unparalleled (at least in Tech, I know this may vary). Also great benefits and 401k The company itself has a lot of potential and has gain rapid success even amidst COVID.
