Doesn't feel like a global organisation. Getting a promotion is very difficult and generally ends up in IJP where you've to move to a new team. Hikes are not performance based. Last year they gave 6% across India irrespective of whether someone worked for full year or someone who joined a week ago. They are very rigid with the HR policies and don't offer any flexibility which feels like they are working like robots with no power to take conscious case based decisions.
