      Lacks leadership. Everyone whispers about poor management style on senior and mid level managers.

      Pros

      Good pay. Nice people. Nice office space. Interesting work. Opportunities for movement appears positive.

      Cons

      Benefits suck. Mean girls that snaps. Compliments are nonexistence. No team spirit. People are miserable from being overworked. Impossible to take real vacations as the work remains with you regardless. Takes an army to complete a project. No one knows where to go for resources. Sometimes your hard efforts are wasted.

      Benefits start day one, causal dress code, weekly pay, chance to work from home, free parking, diversity groups and activities

      Low starting pay, yearly schedule bids, changing managers often, small raises, management doesn't follow up with employees, overload with clients, no additional pay, the workload isn't divided equally
