Pros

Insurrance, salary, pto, work from home

Cons

Micromanaged by at least 7 people. At one given point all metrics were met and i had 6 people listening to my calls and giving me feedback still got harassed by the QA. Sent proof to HR with calls and time stamp. Still got fored for 11 seconds above CCT( handling time) out of the 27 people in my training ony 3 remained after 2 years. Managers come and go and the ones who stay call themselves WORKAHOLICS with pride. You need to be a robot or a sheep to work here more than 1 year. They lie and lie and pass around the responsibility back to the agent.

remote jobs, great team environments, time off, it has many in person events for those wishing to network. Great all around.

Cons

High customer service over the phone jobs, sometimes it's hard to grow up and you have to take lateral roles.
