Pros
Inspirational co-workers. Collaborative environment. Strong customer value proposition. Integrated clinical and commercial services are the future of the industry. If you are smart, passionate about your work and proactive about getting things done and seeking information this is a great place to work.
Cons
Due to the merger which created Syneos, things were a little chaotic. The dust is now settling and a great company is emerging. My one bugbear is the IT support - laptops are sluggish and it can take weeks to get tickets resolved which impacts productivity.
