Hired for a REMs program that was ending in October of 2025. FDA pulled the plug early, leaving over 50 employees jobless. Syneos solution? Nothing. No severance, not even I’m sorry. The best part? They scrambled and selected 50 of us to go to another REMs program before the contracts were even signed. Got an offer, 24 hours later, find out they aren’t signing the contract and our jobs were done. They had nothing else to offer. They do not care.
