Syneos Health reviews

Very little training and development. Expectations are not in line with professional development or training provided. Culture is non-existent. Morale is brought down by a bullying culture. Managers will not be direct with you about performance and growth. Promotions from within are non-existent. Recruiters will tell you that Syneos has the lowest pay rates in the industry.

Insane workload, no work/life balance. Low pay for industry. Benefits slashed with merger. Severe lack of transparency. Rules do not apply to all. High turnover at all levels. New hire's not trained, a sink or swim on boarding process. Micro-management is the norm. Lack of collaboration between departments. Upper level management has little clue what those "under" them do - yes, you are made to feel subordinate and inferior. Low morale.
